The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and the stay was comfortable. Staff were great—well-trained and professional. Location was a plus, with plenty of attractions nearby. Minus one star for breakfast, though. Food options were limited, and I regretted getting the room with breakfast included. Should’ve just booked a regular room and eaten elsewhere.

When I checked in on 2 January 2026 at around 2:30 PM, they greeted me with genuine warmth, friendliness, and a very positive attitude. Both Aini and Nad were extremely helpful, patient, and attentive, ensuring that every detail of the check-in process went smoothly. Their cheerful manner and sincere willingness to assist made me feel truly welcomed and at ease after my journey. It is rare to encounter staff who not only perform their duties professionally but also make guests feel valued and respected. Their excellent service left a lasting impression on me and greatly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Short Stop Enroute. Verdict. Not too bad. Sleepable. There are other more economical options which we can try. For its price, it definitely was more expensive than the airline affiliated brand and I believe the airline affiliated brand offers more than this.

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel has easy parking, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel also provides facilities such as surau and swimming pool. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful.
